Seneca Niagara Resort & Casinos in Niagara Falls, New York State, is again recognized for its premium offerings. This time the gaming property has been acknowledged in the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for “Best Casino Outside of Las Vegas.” The casino was selected as a winner in the category among 19 other nominees.
The gambling resort boasts some incredible amenities as it offers 604 rooms and suites via its AAA Four-Diamond rated hotel, numerous restaurants, seven shops, more than 2,500 slot machines, 80 table games, live poker, keno, a full-service spa, flexible meeting facilities, fulfilling promotions. Votes from all around the country have given their vote and the casino has now been included as one of the best gambling sites in the U.S. At the end of July 2023, a panel of industry experts and editors selected the Niagara Falls casinos as one of the 20 nominees for the award. This started a month-long public vote on which will be the 10 winners of the award.
Once the final results were announced, Seneca Niagara finished at the sixth spot, with no other gaming amenity in a 450-mile radius finishing in the top 10 in the said category. Seneca Gaming Corporation President & CEO Kevin Nephew reiterated the property’s slogan “Nothing else comes close” and said that people across the country rate the casino highly.
Furthermore, Ms. Nephew commented that the recognition from USA TODAY is a credit to the site’s team members. He added that knowing many people who visit Seneca Niagara enjoy everything the resort offers and acknowledge it, is something special for the company. Lastly, he said the operator is grateful for the support it has received over the last two decades.
It should be mentioned that the nomination panel for the “Best Casino Outside of Las Vegas” category featured Christopher Parr, Founder and Editor-in-Chief, of Pursuitist; Lisa Robertson-Dziedzic, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief, Casino Player and Strictly Slots magazines; Melanie Reffes, journalist, USA TODAY, CaribbeanTravel.com, and MarryCaribbean.com; and USA TODAY 10Best editors.

A few weeks ago, Seneca Gaming Corporation saw its premium amenities in Western New York steal the show at Casino Player’s “Best of Gaming Awards.” Niagara Resort & Casino, Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino and Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino claimed 39 honours during this year’s edition event. With the Niagara Falls’ one obtained 8 first-place honours.
Also, in 2022, the company also took home an impressive number of awards at the annual “Best of Dining & Nightlife Awards” by the Casino Player Magazine. Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino and Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino have snatched over 10 first-place honours. This includes categories such as Best Italian Dining, Patria; Best Place to Celebrate, The Western Door Steakhouse; Best Late-Night Dining, Seneca Café Express and more.
